A cancellation fee may be levied on a customer on account of the cancellation of orders by the customer on the Platform (“Cancellation Fee”). Such Cancellation Fee shall be charged based on the time during which the customer opts to cancel the order upon placing/confirming the said order on the Platform. It is clarified that there will be free cancellation of orders only for the initial few hours of placing an order, as specifically provided on the product page. After such time frame, Cancellation Fee will be levied on applicable products.
Why is the Cancellation Fee charged?
Cancellation Fee is charged to compensate for the slot, time, and effort incurred in processing an order by the seller and to compensate the logistics service providers for incurring a cost when they ship the order.
The Cancellation fee charged by Treeslocal shall be either equivalent to or less than the charges borne by Treeslocal on account of cancellation of an order by customers.
How will the Cancellation Fee charged?
The Cancellation Fee shall be deducted from the amount paid by the customer for the said canceled order.
Treeslocal reserves the right to modify/waive the Cancellation fee from time to time. The Cancellation fee shall be quoted in USD( American Dollars ).
When will the User get the refund?
Following are the processing timelines after the product is received by us or when the seller notifies us of the receipt of the products.

Will the discount vouchers or other such promotional offers be reinstated?
If the User has used any discount vouchers or promotional offers when placing the order which has been canceled, the discount vouchers or promotional offers will be forfeited.
How can the user cancel an order?
To cancel an order, the user can go to their profile and see the 'Orders' button. Once you are redirected to the Orders page, will see a list of ordered items to cancel the order just select the item that you want to cancel. Click on cancel order your order will be canceled.
- If the user has placed multiple orders for the same product by mistake.
- If the expected delivery date is not acceptable for the user.
- if the user wants to change the shipping or billing address.
- If the user wants to update or change the contact details or the payment mode
- And any specific reason that comes under the Refund and Replacement policy.
