How Do I Return A Item

If you find a certain item isn't to your liking or falls under our refund policy as outlined in the Terms & Conditions, TreesLocal is pleased to facilitate returns for eligible products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make the return process straightforward and convenient. Refer to our Terms & Conditions for more details on refund eligibility and guidelines. 

Directions on returning a product:

  • Log into your treeslocal account
  • Click on the "Username" button on the top menu ( In the side menu on handheld devices )
  • Click the"Refund" button ( Link: Refund Page )
  • Click the "Submit a Refund Request" button
  • You should see a popup with a "Product" dropdown
  • Select the product that you want to return from the dropdown
  • Add a brief description in the "Why do you want a refund?" box
  • Lastly, click the submit button

Your refund request could take upwards to 20 days to process at the maximum (Depending on the Vendor ). If you are having trouble refunding the item, please contact the Customer Service!

Note: Please go over the Terms & Conditions to ensure that the item you are returning will be refunded. Please contact us if the Vendor is breaking any of the restrictions!
